Virgin Mobile Merchandising Program

The Challenge / Opportunity:

In January 2009, InField Marketing Group was chosen as the exclusive merchandiser for Virgin Mobile Canada (VMC), executing at over 1,395 retail outlets across Canada.

What We Did:

InField provides trained and experienced product merchandisers to reface signage, insert new materials, remove outdated collateral and collect VMC contracts. InField provides VMC with a turn-key solution managing recruiting, training, scheduling and shipping for each merchandising wave. InField also designed a custom on-line reporting system, providing VMC with on-going access to program results and program details available 24/7.

Program Results:

Through the first 120 days of the program, store visits totaled 2,170 – an average of 18 per day. To date, executions have been extremely successful with 100% of scheduled merchandising visits happening within the merchandising window – a perfect execution track record.
