Audi Downtown Grand Opening

The Challenge / Opportunity:

In an effort to create a unique launch at the newest dealership in the fifteen store strong Auto World Import Network family, InField was contracted to develop a dynamic launch experience for their state of the art Audi facility.

What We Did:

Unlike many projects, this time we had time on our side and used it to our advantage to create a unique program to leverage the launch. With limited dollars and high expectations to create a Film Festival like atmosphere around the launch, we developed a unique brand experience and an industry first. In partnership with Canadian clothing designer and judge on Global television’s popular TV show, Project Runway, Shawn Hewson of Bustle Clothing debuted a new line of Audi inspired clothing designed around the psychographic profiles of Audi owners.

Program Results:

With more than 30 key media outlets attending the evening that also saw Audi AG board member Peter Schwarzenbauer along with 725 guests in attendance, InField delivered against objective. Subsequently, we have been tasked to develop an annual event strategy to further showcase this 96,000 square foot jewel case and have been engaged by Audi Canada to execute similar events for the national office.
