Rather than hope to be included with 99 other employers in Canada as one of the Top 100 as selected by outsiders, InField Marketing Group has defined a more meaningful goal – to be selected as The #1 Employer in Canada, as voted by our employees. In addition to our flexible compensation program, here are a few ideas that our staff have recommended that we’ve adopted within our InField Manifesto that is updated annually to reflect the evolving needs of our team:

  • The Quarter Cup – employees receive a life experience prize package awarded quarterly to the individual who bests represents InField’s Guiding Principles
  • The Sabbatical – you don’t have to be a tenured professor to earn a sabbatical. For each employee that celebrates 10 years with InField, we provide a one month paid leave with the goal that they will create a unique life experience during their time off
  • Giving Back to those that Give Back – InField offers paid time-off to support those that give their time to charity
  • InField Days – knowing the rigors of the business, we provide staff with two bonus personal days over and above their vacation time (and the week that we give off between Christmas and New Years)
  • The Sweetheart Bonus – Every Valentine’s Day, the InField office closes at 3:00pm to allow all staff to plan an evening to thank and recognize their partners
  • Work/home life flexibility – all staff have the ability to work from home as needed, and while we don’t (yet) have a Jr. InFielder daycare program, those of the furry, four-legged variety are often seen strolling the InField halls
